About Us
I’m known for taking way to long to explain things so I’ll try to keep this to a minimum.
Gayle and I met early 1999 at a friend’s party in Altamonte Springs. I was living in Longwood at the time working in my first real job and Gayle was down from FSU visiting her family. We didn’t really talk that night much but she definitely caught my eye. Several weeks later she moved back in with her parents and started working at MPInet as a receptionist. I wasted no time in asking her out and immidiately worked my charm with some flowers delivered to her while she was at work. Apparently she couldn’t resist. We started dating and were together for a few months but we were both young and as young people do, they break up and move on.
During the years we were apart Gayle and I spoke off and on but it wasn’t until about 4 years ago we started seeing each other exclusively again.
On Gayle’s birthday 2007 (9/30) I surprised her with a SCUBA dive at Epcot, an observation deck full of friend’s and family, and a very pretty (and large) ring. I think she said yes. We’re not quite sure exactly what was said and since I proposed in a dive bell, nobody else was there to witness it. Judging by the video taken from the observation deck she was very excited so we both assumed it was a yes.
We didn’t immediately set a wedding date for various reasons but over the last week or so we made the realization that this coming March 1st will mark 10 years to the day we started dating. What a perfect day!
Gayle, Jarrett and I are living happily in East Orlando with our two very sweet dogs Sesi and Kilo. Gayle is a Paralegal for a firm in Downtown Orlando. Jarrett is in 3rd grade at a nearby elementary school and I work for PowerOne, an Internet Service Provider based in Lake County.
We are very happy to have all of you involved in our very special day!
